From now through December 31, 2012, users of any earlier version of

Delphi, C++Builder, RAD Studio or Borland Developer Studio can get the

discounted upgrade price on the new XE3 version. Starting January 1,

only version 2010-XE2 users will qualify for upgrade pricing.



How to get it:

Purchase XE3 at the upgrade price. The upgrade is available to

registered users of any earlier version through December 31, 2012 even

if the description says it's only available to 2009 and later users.

All upgrades purchased under this offer must be registered within 14

days of purchase. Starter editions and Academic licenses do not qualify

for upgrade pricing.
