Hmm... You are right! Removing semicolon return filtering to properly work. Also as adding "WHERE" clause (with semicolon).

Have you tried simply deleting the ';'? At least, I don't get filtering to work if I have a semicolon at the end of the query in a TIB_Query (no error, just no filtering), whereas things appear to behave OK if I remove it.
