Same story for me with full version - XE and D7 - it installs but does not compile any packages or install any components into the IDE(s).
I've tried to build all but it starts with missing IB_Components.dcu - I could probably make it work but I've got other more pressing things to do. I'l keep coming back here til I see it's been fixed.
