I don't want to reopen the issue just to answer: I have downloaded the latest 4.9.14 zip file and now it compiles fine
in both Delphi 2007 and XE.

Anyway I have cleaned all my .dproj files removing the dcr references (I have not used yours to not break my folder
structure and debug/release edition of packages).

May I suggest another time to revise the folder structure and to prepare separate debug and release versions of
packages? I haven't all editions of Delphi, but I can help, at least with the two versions that I still use.
