Ok, I've definitely narrowed things down better. The problems are
manifesting in the call to IB_Utils.UnJumbleString(). I modified this
routine somewhat from Geoff's original to deal with the change in string
types. Somehow I have done something to break things for the Delphi 6
compiler.

Hopefully by the time you awake, I'll have already fixed it.

If not, hopefully you can give it a look and see if you can figure out what
the compiler is barfing on.
