Thanks for your efforts to test this more. Obviously there is more work for
me to do. I need more specific information as to exactly what the problem
is. When you run the installer, please include a comman-line switch to
produce a log file. /LOG="MyLog.log" and then send that log file to me.

I tried the IBO4_9_14_b23c_installer.exe, but no success (two attempts).
It looked like last time: "FTS" and other packages missing. I
thought I might (mistakenly) have started the old install, but next
time the results were the same.
