I've installed into D/XE2. Nothing particular happened, only I had
to set the library path manually (in my case: C:\IBO4_9\DXE2\D2012).

Now I see that the install wasn't quite complete. The only tabs on
the palette are iboCore, iboAccess and iboTools. Where are the rest?
I installed on two pcs, and this happened both times. On both pcs
there are several Delphi version, but I chose not to change anything
in D/6, D/2006, D/2010 or D/XE on either pc.

What did I do wrong?
How do I fix it?
