Aage and all,

Ok, I figured out and fixed a problem that is likely the main culprit. Prior
to the installation of a package I go through and scrub out all of the old
compiled files from any previous installations so that the new install would
be clean. In this process I included *.res files but these are actually
source files and not derived/compiled files. I didn't realize that the
script was actually cleaning out files I needed. So, in certain
circumstances, the installer was sabotaging itself.

Please download the latest installer/eval version and let me know if this
works.

Sorry. The install ended with:
Failed to uild library file 'C:\IBO4_9_14_b28\IBO40WSRT_D2012.lib'
during the "Web Snap Extensions Runtime" part.
