Hi Just back from holiday but this sounds like a FB and events issue.


XP SP 2 (I think) came with the Windows Firewall. If you use events you
need to adjust the FB config file to assign a fixed port and allow that
through your firewall. Our software uses events in a couple of screens
and without this set the whole system freezes if used. Fb needs to be
restarted.
