Does the TIBORestoreService support the FIX_FSS_METADATA and FIX_FSS_DATA options? If not, is there a way to add these options to perform a restore?

What are other people using to backup/restore Firebird database files through Delphi? The IBOAdmin components have been very convenient in the past but might be a little outdated now.
