Hi.
Please check Read/Write rights for installation folder for user account. On same Vista (AFAIK Home edition) - this cause problems.

Hi Ed,
with no admin-rights Vista will copy the File under
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\YourAppName
the program will search in C:\Program Files\
I had this Problem with the aliases.conf too
