Yes, that is a valid concern. Let me clarify.

I would only take a job where I was working with IBO, just like I did with
my full-time job at the Arizona Secretary of State. I worked full-time for
them for 12 years until just this February.

I would also stipulate, like I did with AZ SOS, that I be allowed to make
improvements to IBO that concertedly benefitted my employer but would be
solely a part of IBO. That's the only way it would work.
