I agree with the two versions variant. Also, for 4.9.x I don't think
that it's really worth to spend your development time with an installer
for D2009. Due the project manager improvements, one can easily install
the packages. Perhaps just some installing instructions in an .TXT file
is all what is needed. Something like: "Load ..._D2009.groupproj.
Right-Click on the first package, choose 'Build all from here'. After
this, using [Shift], choose all the design time packages (the ones with
_DT and FTS, RPL (etc.)). Right-Click and choose 'Install'."

I was on SF.Net trackers. I updated the 'Resolution' field and closed
the reports that were fixed. You can do it by yourself if you want.
Also, it seems that you missed all the reports from the 2nd page. Do
you're aware that the tracker doesn't show all the items on a single
page? (Yeah, the UI doesn't show this very well). Also I added a new
report.

About Bugs #2697340 - "Single line comments in TIB_Script (fix
included)" (submitted by Carlos Cantu / warmbooter) - I expect from
someone to confirm that this fix is really working in order to mark it
as such and close it.
