I tried many of the suggestions found here and in the help files, but
I get the missing IB_Parse.dcu message, when I try to build the
project from a failed install of the latest Eval package.

The closest I've found to IB_Parse.pas is IB_Parse.INT, which looks
like a fragment of the unit.

I've tried all the file clean-up routines, path settings etc, and
tried to do a Control Panel uninstall, but there was no entry found.

The correct directory D2006 was created under my IBOroot.
