We have a very strange recurring problem on only one customer site.
Randomly permissions seem to become non effective on parts of the database -
usually a procedure but sometimes a column in a table. The user gets an
error No permission for access to . . .

I have asked about this on FB support but got no replies - so presumably
noone else had come accross it.

When I check the permissions in IBExpert they are still there. When I run
the app I get the error. If I then delete the permission in IBExpert and
recreate it the problem goes away.

I know that IBO reads the permissions on connection.

Maybe IBO expects more than one piece of data to define a permission where
IBExpert might not?

Any ideas where to look?
