Please go to the community web-site and create a profile and put that
item
in your cart and go all the way to the process where you would put in
the
credit card number. You don't need to finish but write down the invoice
number and send it to me with a purchase order number and then I can
mark it
as paid via purchase order and you will then be able to print out the
invoice and send payment in whatever manner you prefer.
