I am finding the use of the IB_RPL_Sync and IB_RPL_Meta very hard, as I am
not able to follow the help file, since I can not get access to the tool
(IterBase Simple Replication Setup Utility) it continually refers to.

If anyone in the group is familiar with the IB replication compoments, could
you please let me know how you got around this issue.
