Actually, IBO doesn't have a briefcase at all. I only have cached updates
but they require a live connection with the database in order to retrieve
data as needed.

You just need to use IBO with one of the other packages that gives you a
client that can do briefcase.

I have not used any of the products currently out there so I cannot comment
further.
