I installed IBO 4.7.16 over D4 and BDS 2006, using installer. All
fine, all working in both Delphis.

I found some IBOXXXX_D2006.bpl files in Windows\System32 folder, move
then to another folder I have others bpl files, open BDS 2006, and
when I double click any TIB_Query, didn't appear the editor, instead
of that, it was created a TIB_Query.aftercancel event. I move bpl
files back to System32 folder, restart BDS 2006, and it's all working
fine again.

So, is there any way I can safetly move those files to a folder I
want, and don't *kill* any IBO features? Where in IBO those files are
being referenced, so I think I can alter there.
