I am hoping to move my Firebird databases to 64bit Linux and Firebird
2.0 64 bit. However, when attempting to browse the employee.fdb on the
Linux box using IB_SQL, I get errors like can't find RDB$Relation_Name
and Unknown Column. Oddly, I can run sql statements against the
database via DSQL and Cursor.
One question is: Are there known incompatibilities between IB_SQL
(latest version) and Firebird 2.0 on Linux 64bit, or do I need to tweak
some settings?
I am heavily dependent upon IB_SQL having used it for so many years.
I'd hate to switch to something different.
Are there any IB_Object issues regarding Linux Firebird 2.0 (using
IB_OBjects 4.5 in Delphi 2005 Architect)?
