OK. I'll take this as the guide for "next time".
I ended up with splitting the statements into 3 scripts (define
tables, define relation between tables, insert a few records).

I often run scripts with commits in IB_SQL, so I should probably have
been less timid. I thought maybe there was some "extra intelligence"
behind the scenes when I used IB_SQL.
