Quick follow-up on the previous message:

The latest upload in the Files area (Build 16) is the final release,
it appears. (I read the release notes *after* uploading them! ) So
regard the Files area as the temporary home for the Eval version of
the release until the various network problems get solved.

I can't get access to the IBO website host server at all at present,
so it isn't even possible to get in there and try to put up any sort
of useful message. :-(
