I'm a registered user and have the registered version and I'm 95%
certain I've been using the registered version not the evaluation
version. I just tried an install of FB & my app on a clean machine and
I get the same problem. So at least I know the problem is not my
client's machine.

Presumably the next thing to try is to uninstall IBO and reinstall
being sure to use the registered version?
