Are you sure you didn't compile your executable using an Evaluation
version of IBO?

It occurs when you take an exe that you created using an eval version
and try to run it outside of the IDE.

The cure is to use a registered version of IBO. If you are a
registered user, please send me (privately, to the email address in
this message) your details and I will give you access to a full IBO
kit for IBO v.4.6B. However, do please understand that v.4.6B
doesn't have the full Firebird 2.0 support....IBO 4.7 will have it,
though it is currently still in [late] beta...
