Recompilation of IBODatabase gives warning:
Variable 'UserExceptIndex' might no have been initialized

In IDE an IBOQuery connected to an active IBODatabase
opening Fields Editor then Add all fields aborts with a Delphi
IDE error message box. (SQL = 'select * from table'
