All - updated D6/IBO from IBO 4.6A to 4.6B

Now I cannot access the popup editors for IB_Connection
and DSQL components - get the error:

"Error reading status bar.explicittop. property explicittop does not
exist."

I believe this is something to do with a new "feature" in D2006
but in the meantime has rendered the popup editors in D6 unusable
