I use Citrix rather than Terminal Server but the basics are still the same.
Unless your main office TS can directly access your laptop then there is
no way for IBO/Firebird to do so.

This is a networking question rather than IBO/Firebird.

Assuming the remote site accesses the TS via the internet, you would
need a VPN between the sites or start poking holes into internet firewalls.
If you already have a VPN then the TS probably only knows the laptop's
main office network address (i.e. 192.168.0.100).
