I want to execute a database update script using ib_script.
The script looks like that (I know, doesn't make sense, is just an
example):
set term^;
create procedure dummyproc (dummy integer)
as
begin
suspend;
end^
alter procedure dummyproc (dummy integer)
as
begin
suspend;
end^
When I execute this in an ib_script I get an error:
ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
Dynamic SQL Error
SQL error code = -104
Token unknown - line 1, char 5
term
How could I execute a script like that? Is this possible with
ib_script, or do I have to parse the script by myself and execute
every single statement?
Kind regards
Helmut
