Current situation is - they have ditched the expensive Cisco network
backbone, and have a cable direct from the W2003 server to the
workstation, a nice simple hub at the workstation, which loops to the
second site, and simple hub between the machines at the second site.
Not a single error all yesterday and today!

Over to them me thinks :)

They are going to run it for another week then decide who should fix the
Cisco network, and since we have proven that the software is fine ...
