Can the IBO grid have non data bound columns that doesn't put the dataset
into edit mode?

I want to use it to have in-line payments.

I'm using TopGrid's DBGrid and it won't work for this...it attempts to put
the dataset into edit mode which causes my IBO dataset to throw an
exception. The TopGrid people are looking into it...but there seems to be
some general bugginess with the databound topgrid.

I'm using their non-databound grid and that works fine. It's very powerfull
but not very simple to use.
