I tried with different cases

1) Server as well as client system has a 98 os, in the server, fb server is run as application.Now i tried to copy gds32.dll to the server system folder as well as db folder I got the same gdsd32.dll not found error .

3)Server OS is now XP (service pack 2), it has also fb running as application.Now i tried to copy gds32.dll to the client system folder as well as application (note its my client app) folder I got the same gds32.dll not found error .

5) Is it because of my way of doing or is it a IBO Admin error?
6) Pls note that all these cases i have checked with GBAK and NBackUP from command line and it seemed to work perfectly fine
7) I tried running instclient.exe as Helen said, still the error comes.

Since our project is running short of time we have decided to go with a alternative solution for backup . But would prefer to use IBOAdmin backup service for future ...
Jason as u said pls let me know by any code modifications of IBOAdmin can i proceed on with IBOAdmin backup service . (Of cource dont prefer to create a mess my copying or renaming fbclient , or keep a copy of gds32.dll with fbclient)
