I am using IB Admin to backup & restore a datbase. It's been working
for a long time. A user called with a problem that occurs when trying
to restore a database. The following exception occurs on an XP:

Cannot attach to services manager. service localhost:service_mgr is
not defined [EIBOINterBaseError].

I tried it on my machine and it worked just fine--same version of
software. What would cause this?
