This is only a refresh for some pending problems in IBO.

- The contextual help problem in TIB_Grid is probably resolved. I sent the
changes to Ramil and I hope that they can be verified and merged in the next
release.

- As of IBO 4.6Bc, all the IBO bars (update bar, navigation bar, search bar,
etc.) still don't honour transparency when custom glyphs are used. It's easy
to test by yourself without the need of any test case. Use an TImageList to
supply custom single or double glyphs (NumGlyphs := 1 or 2) to any bar, it
doesn't matter if you use single or double glyphs. Then verify the problem,
even without compiling.
