Possibilities, one or more of

1. You are attempting an unclean install in some fashion, e.g.
following up an aborted attempt with another attempt without removing
the MS Installer entry in Add/Remove Programs; or trying to install
into an environment that has artifacts of a previous install.

2. You are trying to compile your packages having (partly or fully)
installed the evaluation version.

3. You are using a faulty installer kit. Could you please say which
kit you are using?

4. There is some kind of inconsistency in your environment path
setup. The helpfile has some tips about this problem.

5. The installer detected multiple versions of Delphi on the machine
and you left all of them checked on, instead of checking off all but
the one you want.

That will do for starters. We don't actually know for sure whether
the installer can detect Turbo Delphi Pro correctly yet...
