together a decent problem description, including info about your OS
platforms (server and client versions, anything superimposed on the
network, such as VPN, et al.), database engine (server version and model
[Classic|Superserver] and client versions), anything pertinent from the
server log (interbase.log or firebird.log, depending on what server is
installed).
Provide details of the conditions under which the problem occurs, along
with all exception messages (not "in a nutshell").
Then post your message to firebird-support, if it's Firebird or an older
InterBase; or to the relevant Borland newsgroup if you are using IB 6.5 or
higher.
