The file IBODataset doesn't exist in my HD.
It seems that the package came without this file.

Do you have IBODataset.dcu on your hard-disk (is IBO installed correctly)?

If so, do you have the IBO path added to the Delphi search path (adding
when no project is opened) or to your project path (added when your
project is opened)?
