This is a known BUILDER problem. Happens with 5 and 6. Just ignoring the
errors for each file makes them go away - as the 'missing' files are
built. WHY Borland insists on looking for ALL files in the project even
before they could exist .....
Once the files exist, another 'Build All' will work - as old copies of
the files are then found.

The easiest way to get started is to each each module manually down the
list in IBO40_C6. It has been a while since I had to do it, and I can't
remember what the exact route was, but I have a clean setup of Builder6
which I am trying to find the time to check out the various clean build
options ;) I THINK if just the *RT's are built, then the rest of the
list can be list can be run via IBO40_C6
