I re-installed IBO4_5_B_Raw.zip following Helen's advice and now the examples compile without errors. I also changed ZLIB.pas to IOB_ZLIB.pas

Actually, I have gone through them several times over the years.
The problem here has to do with the Delphi 7 installer not working.
I will get it fixed and for sake of double checking, make sure the tutorials
work.
