Whilst compiling most of the sample and tutorial projects, I receive
the errors

'File not found IB_Monitor.dcu' in the unit 'IBF_Monitor'

or

'File not found IB_Script.dcu' in the unit 'formTutorial1'.

The files 'IB_Monitor.INC' and 'IB_Script.INC' appear to be include
files with the interface section but no implementation section.

I cannot find a reference to these files in the provided source.

I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction
to compile these sample applications.
