That is the way the other lists work. New members just get held until
someone OK's their post, then they get cleared for further posts. It's
only a problem with a few people who seem to like continually
unsubscribing and then subscribing again :(

Better if they never get there. They don't get blasted round peoples
eMail then - not many on the other lists, but enough that it would be
annoying if we did not filter !
