A TIB_LookupCombo component has a property DropDownWidth which is exactly what Adrian needs i think, however a TIB_Combobox component does not have this property
A DropDownCount property is present but not a dropdownwidth property

Do you want the width of the dropdownlist to be wider than the width
of the IB_Combobox or have you simply not set the property Style to
csDropDownList? I don't think the first make much sense, and if the
latter - I'm impressed that you managed to write the solution in the
subject field of your question!
