Hi,

not really sure if this is IBO question or not but, I am trying to
allow a user to change their own passowrd. I have the IBOAdmin
components and I've tried the modifyuser command, but it seems that
only the sysdba can make changes - even if its a persons own account.

What an easy way to do this?
