Check your hard disk for any stray BPL files, e.g. in the system dir. If
you're still getting the nag screen on a freshly compiled project, then for
sure the compiler is linking those eval packages from somewhere...

As a reality check, look at the dates on the BPL and DCP files; and also on
the EXE that you're running.
