I don't know if anyone has made such a listing. But for the
differences between InterBase 6.0, Firebird 1.0 and Firebird 1.5 you
can consult the Release Notes that come with the Firebird downloads.
Especially look at the sections called "New features" and "Language
enhancements".

Information about the difference between IB 6.0 and later IB versions
can be found via http://www.borland.com, I suppose.
