To anyone interested:
As a follow-up to my comments in my reply to Kevin Stanton on Monday, I'm
relieved to report that the Apress editors have reviewed their decision to
handle their under-pricing error by removing all the reference material
from The Firebird Book. They have now restored the Appendices and Glossary
and upped the price by $10. It will be an 1100-page doorstopper after all.
I am much relieved. Sure, two days of raging did wonders for my arteries.
cheers,
Helen
