Hi to all,
someone can tell me if i can control if there are some users connected
to the FireBird database and then force a disconnect of a specific user
?
My application don't accept a logon if the same user are already
connected to my DB (i use IBO DML Cache).
Sometimes one of my user can shut-down the PC without loggin-out from
the application or there are an electric black-out, then Firebird server
(who have a power supply) don't see this and leave active the
connection.
Then when my user restart the computer and try to do a logon my
application stop it with the message: "The user .... are already
connected ...".
I wan't ask to my user if the connection must be dropped down and the
accept the new login.
Best regards,
Enrico Raviglione.
