Thanks for your response our data follows:

Developing and testing on Windows ME Client. Running our Events
tester on Client and IB server
on same computer.

All code is in one Application( Units and DataModules). One EXE is
generated and run.

Later will install on Client / Server configuration.
Very fast XP server on network with Clients of Win98SE, ME and XP.
Same Application configuration.

We have basic applications running on Client and Client/Server, however
have timing issues
of missed alerts. Hence wrote a tester so we can control the testing
of Inserts, Updates Deletes,
Selects. We can vary the Stored Procedure timing to simulate loads.
We output times and counts.

BDE version 5.11, InterBase version 5.6 Test machine.
IB version 6.4 on Server. TDatabase

IB objects: TIB_connection, TIB_Events and TIBOTransaction.
