Close and not close. Close, in that you can do non-visual stuff with TIB_

(as long as you use non-data-aware controls) and the TIBODataset
stuff. Not close, in that it needs to be updated to IBO 4.3 and I'm not
going to get close to doing that for some weeks. I'm hoping to have a
tete-a-tete with Jason about it at Fulda in May.
