Are you using the evaluation version?

If so, you are more than likely getting the eval message popup window.
You need to get the non-evaluation actual version of IBO to test with.
Even though I have a generous refund policy I will allow people to use IBO
full source under the terms of the Trustware License. Send a request
privately if that's what you would like to do.
