I'm adding c:\IBO4 to the environment variable, as the IB_Component.dcu file
etc still under the root, and thus gives a compiler error, when I compile my
projects containing IBObjects.

PS D2005, stil not generating .bpl, .DCU files, just the .Res files in the
D2005 directory.
